MONDAYS:
6 pm Ashtanga with Morgan
Our Ashtanga rooted class will focus on the Primary Series, modified to suit the individual needs of each student. This is a dynamic practice that connects the flow of breath with movement. The set Ashtanga sequence is designed to detox the body, the nervous system, and the mind by combining asana (pose), pranayama (breath) and dristhi (gaze). We know that every student’s practice is different, and it is our mission to bring an accessible approach to the practice of Ashtanga to our community.
7:30 pm Warm Stretch + Myofascial Release (MFR) with Morgan
Tune into your own body’s needs through yoga and myofascial release. MFR is a self-massage used to hydrate tissues and release tension in the body. Through practicing MFR you will explore a greater connection to your body and it’s voice. Please bring your own MFR balls, blanket and blocks. Each week will focus on a different theme to target specific areas in your body- see specific theme upon sign up. 

TUESDAYS:
10 am Heated Vinyasa with Morgan
The added heat in our shala is just enough to warm up the body, but still allows you to build your own internal heat and energy. Vinyasa is a creative and energetic flow. You will build strength, gain flexibility and achieve balance in the body, spirit and mind. Note that this class is hybrid and will also be livestream.
10 am Livestream Vinyasa with Morgan
During this class you will be flowing through poses in a creative and energetic way. You will build strength, gain flexibility and achieve balance in the body, spirit and mind. Livestream allows us to focus our attention to those present on screen and speak to your emotional/physical needs. We will also share a custom playlist to help keep you more present from the comfort of your home. Book no later than 15 minutes before class and you will receive the link to join in your confirmation email. Note that this class is hybrid and will livestream during an in person class.

THURSDAYS:
10 am Warm Stretch + Flow with Catherine– Morgan is subbing 3/15
This mellow yoga class will allow you to connect your breath to your movement and pause in stretches for moments of meditation. Our warmth is just enough to wake the body up, but still allows you to build your own internal heat and energy.
8 pm Yin with Catherine– Morgan is subbing 3/15
Yin is a meditative yoga practice where you hold active stretches for 3-5 minutes. It gets your body and mind into a place where you FEEL. When you reach this place of resistance in a stretch you will hold, breathe and wait for the body to open. This class will nourish the subtle body. Yin allows the fascia to release, the chakras to open and the nervous system to drop into a parasympathetic state. Note that this class is hybrid and will also be livestream.
8 pm Livestream Yin with Catherine– Morgan is subbing 3/15
Yin is the perfect practice to livestream right before bed. It is a meditative yoga practice where you hold active stretches for 3-5 minutes. It gets your body and mind into a place where you FEEL. When you reach this place of resistance in a stretch you will hold, breathe and wait for the body to open. This class will nourish the subtle body. Yin allows the fascia to release, the chakras to open and the nervous system to drop into a parasympathetic state. Please have a block, bolster and blanket. If you don’t have the props, you can makeshift your own out of pillows and bath towels. We will also share a mellow playlist to help keep you more present. Book no later than 15 minutes before class and you will receive the link to join in your confirmation email. Note that this class is hybrid and will livestream during an in person class.

FRIDAYS:
10 am Heated Vinyasa with Chris
The added heat in our shala is just enough to warm up the body, but still allows you to build your own internal heat and energy. Vinyasa is a creative and energetic flow. You will build strength, gain flexibility and achieve balance in the body, spirit and mind. 

SATURDAYS:
9 am Heated Vinyasa with Morgan
The added heat in our shala is just enough to warm up the body, but still allows you to build your own internal heat and energy. Vinyasa is a creative and energetic flow. You will build strength, gain flexibility and achieve balance in the body, spirit and mind. 
6 pm April 10th Advanced Vinyasa with Chris
This monthly 90 minute vinyasa flow class is designed in the “vinyasa krama” fashion, where specific poses will be used as building blocks for more advanced postures such as hand and arm balances, and deep backbends.  Come ready to get strong and limber and have fun!  


SUP Yoga Teacher Training
Since we missed last season, we’re stoked to announce that we’ll be doing FOUR SUP Yoga Teacher Trainings this Summer!!! As always Catherine will be teaming up with our salty sister in Long Beach Island- Liquid Bliss Yoga 

3-Day Immersion Includes:
– Paddle Board Instruction: technique, teaching, equipment
– Learn proper yoga sequencing on the water
– SUP specific safety and lifeguard training
– Additional PSUPA Certification

Dates + Registration Links: June 25th-27th / July 16th-18th / August 13th-15th / September 10th-12th

Right now, all of our training weekends will take place in Harvey Cedars LBI. We’ve been unable to continue SUP in Hunterdon County due to park restrictions and closures from algae.
