MONDAYS:
6 pm Livestream Meditation with Grace
This Monday meditation guides your attention inward towards the Self. Developing a meditation practice and a connection to your Self allows you to experience a deeper sense of presence. Living in deeper presence washes away societal distractions and nourishes your body, spirit and mind. Each week will focus on a new theme and different style of meditation. Book no later than 15 minutes before class and you will receive the link to join in your confirmation email.  
6 pm Ashtanga with Morgan
Our Ashtanga rooted class will focus on the Primary Series, modified to suit the individual needs of each student. This is a dynamic practice that connects the flow of breath with movement. The set Ashtanga sequence is designed to detox the body, the nervous system, and the mind by combining asana (pose), pranayama (breath) and dristhi (gaze). We know that every student’s practice is different, and it is our mission to bring an accessible approach to the practice of Ashtanga to our community.
7:30 pm Warm Stretch + Myofascial Release (MFR) with Morgan
Tune into your own body’s needs through yoga and myofascial release. MFR is a self-massage used to hydrate tissues and release tension in the body. Through practicing MFR you will explore a greater connection to your body and it’s voice. Please bring your own MFR balls, blanket and blocks. Each week will focus on a different theme to target specific areas in your body- see specific theme upon sign up. 

TUESDAYS:
10 am Heated Vinyasa with Morgan
The added heat in our shala is just enough to warm up the body, but still allows you to build your own internal heat and energy. Vinyasa is a creative and energetic flow. You will build strength, gain flexibility and achieve balance in the body, spirit and mind. Note that this class is hybrid and will also be livestream.
10 am Livestream Vinyasa with Morgan
During this class you will be flowing through poses in a creative and energetic way. You will build strength, gain flexibility and achieve balance in the body, spirit and mind. Livestream allows us to focus our attention to those present on screen and speak to your emotional/physical needs. We will also share a custom playlist to help keep you more present from the comfort of your home. Book no later than 15 minutes before class and you will receive the link to join in your confirmation email. Note that this class is hybrid and will livestream during an in person class.

Wednesdays:
4:30 pm Barre with Nancy
Feeling like you need to switch it up? This midweek practice is a low-impact but challenging class, designed to achieve lean muscle. Barre sculpts the lower body, abs and arms. All while gaining flexibility. Please bring your own block, 2-3 lb weights, and a mini exercise ball. Don’t worry if you don’t have these props, you can still do the exercises without them.

THURSDAYS:
10 am Warm Stretch + Flow with Catherine
This mellow yoga class will allow you to connect your breath to your movement and pause in stretches for moments of meditation. Our warmth is just enough to wake the body up, but still allows you to build your own internal heat and energy.
6 pm Livestream Vinyasa with Catherine

7:15 pm Livestream Yin with Catherine
Yin is the perfect practice to livestream right before bed. It is a meditative yoga practice where you hold active stretches for 3-5 minutes. It gets your body and mind into a place where you FEEL. When you reach this place of resistance in a stretch you will hold, breathe and wait for the body to open. This class will nourish the subtle body. Yin allows the fascia to release, the chakras to open and the nervous system to drop into a parasympathetic state. Please have a block, bolster and blanket. If you don’t have the props, you can makeshift your own out of pillows and bath towels. We will also share a mellow playlist to help keep you more present. Book no later than 15 minutes before class and you will receive the link to join in your confirmation email.

FRIDAYS:
10 am Heated Vinyasa with Chris
The added heat in our shala is just enough to warm up the body, but still allows you to build your own internal heat and energy. Vinyasa is a creative and energetic flow. You will build strength, gain flexibility and achieve balance in the body, spirit and mind. 

SATURDAYS:
9 am Heated Vinyasa with Morgan
The added heat in our shala is just enough to warm up the body, but still allows you to build your own internal heat and energy. Vinyasa is a creative and energetic flow. You will build strength, gain flexibility and achieve balance in the body, spirit and mind. 

6 pm February 20th Advanced Vinyasa with Chris
This monthly 90 minute vinyasa flow class is designed in the “vinyasa krama” fashion, where specific poses will be used as building blocks for more advanced postures such as hand and arm balances, and deep backbends.  Come ready to get strong and limber and have fun!  

SUNDAYS:
10:30 am Livestream Service Sunday Flow with Catherine 
This late morning Sunday practice will invite you to explore Surya Namaskar (Sanskrit for Sun Salutation) as well as other traditional asanas (poses). For thousands of years, Surya Namaskar has been practiced to honor the light of the world as well as the light within. It is a dynamic sequence that nourishes the entire body. The Sun Salutations and traditional asanas shed old energy from the body, spirit and mind- allowing us to use our body as an instrument to receive new energy for the beginning of a new week. When these sequences are repeated, it becomes a prayer in motion. Revisiting a similar flow each week is like keeping a journal for our emotional and physical body. If the asanas don’t change, but our feelings when holding them do- what can we do during our week to show up differently on and off the mat? During this flow we encourage you to listen to the sound of your own breath instead of music so we can unplug as much as possible.
